Is the assessment really free?
If you proceed with an installer through our service, the survey cost is included in the installer’s fee. If you receive three quotes and choose not to proceed, a €499 fee applies. We explain the costs before your assessment.
What happens during the home assessment?
A professional roofer and two qualified electricians assess your home. The assessment includes a Periodic Inspection Report (PIR), a solar site survey, a roof condition report and an exterior thermal inspection.
Do I have to choose one of the installers?
You decide whether to proceed and which installer to choose. If you receive three quotes but decide not to move forward, the €499 assessment fee applies.
Will solar work for my home?
That’s what the survey is designed to establish. We look at your roof, shading, electrical system and energy needs. If improvements are needed first, we’ll explain them before you decide.
How long does the process take?
The existing service aims to arrange the inspection within 20 days and provide tailored quotes within three days of the assessment. Actual availability is confirmed when arranging your visit.
Who carries out the installation?
